PROJECT SUMMARY

iiCON Construction was selected as the most responsive bidder to add construct a new 6,100 square foot pre-engineered Vehicle Storage Facility and a 4,000 square foot Sand Storage Shed in Estes Park Colorado.

This project consisted of 6 vehicle storage bays, interior vehicle wash station, office, and break room areas. The project utilized recycled oil to power the boiler heat for the project. Natural gas radiant heaters were installed above the vehicles. Tools, compressors, storage and maintenance equipment were installed for use in maintaining the vehicles.

The site development was complex for this project requiring blasting for excavation into the mountain and utility extensions through the existing highway.
