People are professional, welcoming and friendly. Although I have only been here a short time, there have been 2 training sessions on the scheduling software which have been very helpful and informative. I appreciate the fact that there is regularly scheduled training sessions on software used at the company.

Everyone on the team is focused on collaborative success. The executive team always seems to have the team in mind.

I have found iiCON to have have a really comfortable culture without it being overbearing. Everyone brings something different to the team but its cohesive. I feel valued and appreciated and it seems to me that others do to. I feel supported when I need help or when I have questions. From what I have seen everyone works well together, supports each other and is proud to be part of the team.

The owners and their employees. They make you feel like your part of a team instead of a number. If you need to talk to Greg or Don, they are open to meet with you without waiting a week for a meeting. They care how you feel and will ask if they think there is an issue. Ryan the operations manager is the same way. He's always there if you need support on any item and cares about your happiness in whatever you do. The training is unbelievable, and they take the time to teach you the new forms and phoenix scheduling along with anything else that's new. I have worked for a few constructions companys and Greg and the crew are doing a great job and I am very happy just to be part of it. Thank you for wanting my input.

Its the Great Culture

The leadership, people, and projects. The company has a culture of growing from within. This employee investment is what makes this a great place to work. Knowing that one day you could be in a senior leadership role and the company wants that speaks volumes. Also, everyone is open to help out when someone has a question or issue with something. Creating the director of operations role has allowed for better oversight on making sure the teams are fulfilling iiCON mission statement. I now have a sense of relief having someone in senior leadership reviewing what is going on in the field and office to make sure we are keeping the ship oncourse.

The people - Knowing everyone in the company and being able to have conversations with everyone is great. Support & Teamwork - Everyone at iiCON is willing to help and assist others whenever, whether it be feedback, overall assistance, or sharing experiences in certain scenarios. Pay & Benefits - Pay and benefits are great at iiCON.

Its a great place to learn as we have a great talent on the team. The willingness to help each other when needed. I like the month training the company provides and how it standardizes the company process while giving us freedom to run our project our way. We have a good group of people working here. The new office is nice to work in, though it has some quirks. The company's values align with my own.
