PROJECT SUMMARY

iiCON Construction was selected as the most responsive bidder to add onto and renovate their existing 10,506 square foot pre-engineered Vehicle Storage Facility in Meeker Colorado. The addition increased the building by 700 square feet.

The purpose of this project was to replace the deteriorated metal panel roof and enclosures, insulation, and interiors and replace with new. As we began to remove the panels, it was discovered that the roof steel also needed to be replaced.

This project consisted of 9 vehicle storage bays, interior vehicle wash station, office, and break room areas. The project utilized recycled oil to power the boiler heat for the project. Natural gas radiant heaters were installed above the vehicles. Tools, compressors, storage and maintenance equipment were installed for use in maintaining the vehicles.
