Uplands Townhomes
iiCON Construction in association with Cortez Construction was selected to build the new Uplands Townhomes Phase 1 project in Pueblo, Colorado. This project was the culmination of several years of planning for the Pueblo Housing Authority. This development provided residents with a great new community at an affordable price.
17 new buildings were constructed to provide a total of 72 living units. The townhomes vary in style providing 7 different building designs, consisting of 4 and 5 units. The project is a Green Community and several components are Energy Star Certified, providing a clean, healthy and energy efficient home for the new residents.
iiCON is excited to have been a part of this great project and to work collaboratively with Cortez Construction, the Housing Authority of Pueblo, and HGF Architects and their consultants to make this project a success.
