iiCON Construction was selected to complete a tenant improvement for ABC Bank, transforming an existing commercial space into a functional, polished banking environment tailored to the client’s operations and customer experience.
The renovation brought together most major trades within a compact footprint, including new flooring, paint, electrical finishes, custom millwork, and exterior signage. A uniquely designed teller and reception desk serves as a focal point of the completed space while supporting the day-to-day needs of bank employees and customers.
With an accelerated schedule, the team prioritized long-lead submittals and material coordination early in the project to keep construction moving efficiently. Careful sequencing allowed multiple trades to work within the limited space while maintaining progress toward the planned turnover.
The completed tenant improvement demonstrates how thoughtful planning and coordination can give an existing commercial space a new purpose while minimizing schedule impacts and delivering a finished environment built around the client’s needs.
