Dillon Mobility Hub – Manitou Springs, CO
The City of Manitou Springs selected iiCON Construction’s Special Projects team to help give the former Dillon Motel a new purpose as the Dillon Mobility Hub. As part of the initial phase, iiCON renovated two of the property’s existing buildings, transforming one into modern public restrooms and the other into a permanent home for the City’s Parking Department. The project also added ADA-accessible parking to better serve residents and visitors.
By reusing the existing structures, the City preserved a piece of the property’s mid-century character while creating a practical foundation for expanded parking, bike share access, and transit connections. The completed spaces support a more connected and accessible way to experience Manitou Springs.
